Clare Law is owned and operated by Principal Solicitor Daniel J. Clare.  Daniel is an experienced Lawyer holding admission to practice in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia.

Extensively involved in Civil litigation and Commercial law; Family; Youth justice and Criminal Law advocacy, Daniel maintains a proactive, client centred focus with individualised case management and a commitment to genuine and timely outcomes.

From the very beginning of his Professional career, Daniel has utilised his many years of experience in Business; Private Sector and Non-Government Organisations, as well as Government Department engagement, to leverage a unique and skilful approach to legal advocacy.

Decisive and results driven, Daniel believes in the core values of Trust, Rapport and Authenticity as key to his success as a Legal Professional.

Outside of legal practice Daniel maintains an academic interest in Complementary Medicine as a registered Allied Health Practitioner and tertiary education lecturer in the University sector.

Daniel is also honoured to give some of his personal time to local community legal centre volunteering, offering free legal advice and advocacy.
